Support > Minimum PC Requirements

If we are providing you with an Ethernet connection (RJ45), then the following applies:

  • Operating system: Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP
  • CPU: Pentium or equivalent
  • 32 Mb of RAM
  • 20 Mb of free hard disk space
  • Installed Ethernet card (10baseT)

If we are not installing any hardware at your location, then the following applies:

  • 802.11b or 802.11g PCMCIA card (laptop/notebook)
  • 802.11b or 802.11g USB adapter (laptop/notebook/PC with USB 2.0)

Our installation services include installation of antennas and wireless equipment to provide high- speed Internet connectivity. Testing includes all devices we provide. It does not include testing your equipment with the system.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the minimum PC requirements are met. If you need technical assistance with your computer equipment, we can provide this for an additional service fee to include the costs of any additional hardware required.

Please request this at the time of the appointment booking to ensure all necessary equipment and hardware is provided.
